The email address you are trying to use may already be registered with a SolveCube account.
If you already have an account with this email address, you can continue using your existing account by signing in with your registered email address and password. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it yourself using the “Forgot Password” option on the SolveCube login page.
To reset your password:
Go to the SolveCube login page.
Click “Forgot Password” below the login fields.
Enter the email address already registered with your SolveCube account.
Submit the request to receive a password reset email.
Check your registered email inbox and open the password reset email.
Click the password reset link provided in the email.
Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Once the password has been updated successfully, return to the SolveCube login page and sign in using your registered email address and new password.
If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder and make sure you have entered the correct email address associated with your SolveCube account. You can also try submitting the “Forgot Password” request again.
If you were trying to create a new account using the same email address, a second account cannot be created with an email that is already registered. Please use the existing account associated with that email address.
If you believe a duplicate account was created accidentally and you need to de-duplicate the accounts, please let us know. Our team can help identify the appropriate account to retain and assist with the next steps.
