Recruiter Workflow: Sourcing and Selecting Candidates

The Recruiter workflow covers defining a hiring requirement, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, unlocking candidate dossiers, collaborating with stakeholders, and closing the hire.

Stage 1: Set up, source, screen, and shortlist

1. Create a mandate: Enter the mandate label, client, pool types, role, and nationality.
2. Create a curated pool: Set the pool label, title, and special features.
3. Add candidates: Select candidates from sales-created pools, recruiter-created pools, mandate pools, hot pools, selected-candidate sub-pools, or the nationality universe. Alternatively, create a pool from the general candidate universe.
4. Share the shortlist: Share the shortlisted pool with the client, hiring team, and co-workers.
5. Run Zuri, if required: Choose selected candidate profiles or a curated pool as the input for Zuri.
6. Request assisted pool creation, if needed: A Recruiter can request paid assisted pool creation. The source also mentions a limited number of pools if this service is free, but the limit is not specified.

Stage 2: Select candidates

1. Unlock SmartDoss: Unlock a candidate dossier. Credits are deducted according to the applicable nationality-specific or general credit rule.
2. Record unlock details: Track the unlock date and date of last view.
3. Contact the candidate: Use WhatsApp, calls, and interviews. Capture SmartDoss notes and summaries or analysis.
4. Record the Recruiter assessment: Save recruiter analysis, recommendations, and notes.
5. Build a selected-candidate sub-pool: Create a selected-candidate sub-pool and add new candidates or candidates from existing sub-pools.
6. Share selected candidates: Share the selected-candidate pool with the hiring team, client, or co-worker.
