Candidate pools
The Mandates Module uses different types of candidate pools:
- Candidate pool: A collection of candidates assembled from existing pools or the general candidate universe.
- Pre-curated hot pool: A ready-made candidate pool prepared ahead of demand, potentially based on client usage.
- Selected-candidate sub-pool: A subset of candidates selected for a mandate.
Candidate pools can be created, selected, or reused as part of the hiring workflow. Pools and shortlisted candidates can be shared with relevant stakeholder
SmartDoss
SmartDoss (SD) is a candidate dossier. Unlocking a SmartDoss consumes credits.
During the hiring workflow, the Recruiter unlocks SmartDoss as needed. When a candidate joins, the HIRED status is triggered. The candidate is then tracked for three months, after which SmartDoss is updated and closed.
