The Mandates Module connects Sales, Recruiters, Co-workers, and Client Admin to support the hiring process.
Roles and responsibilities
- Sales: Brings a client into the platform and manages the commercial relationship.
- Recruiters: Build mandates and candidate pools, and move candidates through selection and hiring.
- Co-workers: Collaborate on shared work where they have access.
- Client Admin: Manages the customer team, credits, privileges, and usage.
Core objects
- Mandate: A client hiring requirement that can contain one or more candidate pools.
- Candidate pool: A collection of candidates assembled from existing pools or the general candidate universe.
- Pre-curated hot pool: A ready-made candidate pool prepared ahead of demand, potentially based on client usage.
- Selected-candidate sub-pool: A subset of candidates selected for a mandate.
- SmartDoss (SD): A candidate dossier; unlocking it consumes credits.
