The relevance of candidate profiles may vary depending on the job description and search criteria. If your search results include candidates with different levels of relevance, review the job requirements and refine your search criteria to identify profiles that better match your needs.
Experience Range Filter
Our Experience filter is working as expected in general. However, in some cases, you may notice that a candidate's experience does not exactly match the criteria entered in the search. Some candidate information may be incomplete or may not accurately reflect the latest profile details.
If you notice candidates outside your required experience range, you can further refine the results using the Filters section on the left-hand side of the search results page. You can adjust filters such as Experience, Location, Job Title, Skills, Company, Industry, and Keywords to narrow down the candidate pool according to your requirements.
