SolveCube
Terms and Conditions of Service & Use
The rules that govern your use of the SolveCube platform
1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the SolveCube platform at solvecube.com and related products and services ('Platform'), operated by SolveCube Pte Ltd (UEN: 201101982W), 36 Robinson Rd, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877 ('SolveCube', 'we', 'us').
By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply alongside our Data Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and any Order Form or service agreement you have signed with us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Definitions
3. Registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm this.
You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date. Accounts with false or misleading information may be suspended.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at talktous@solvecube.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account per person or entity unless expressly agreed otherwise. Multiple accounts created to avoid fees or restrictions will be suspended.
4. Platform services
SolveCube provides an AI-powered talent intelligence platform. The Platform matches candidates to roles using AI-driven search, scoring, and shortlisting tools. Services include self-service platform access, AI-powered search, Managed Services (Global Hiring, ROD, EoD), and AI reports (Talent Torch).
We continuously develop the Platform. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We'll give advance notice of material changes that affect subscribed features.
5. AI Features — your obligations
SolveCube's AI Features generate AI Outputs — rankings, scores, summaries, shortlists, generated text. These are tools to support human decision-making. By using AI Features, you agree to:
Keep a human in the loop. Any AI Output that influences an employment or engagement decision must be reviewed by a qualified person before it is acted on.
Not use AI Outputs as the sole basis for rejecting a candidate without human review of their profile.
Comply with applicable employment law in your jurisdiction when using AI Features for hiring — including Singapore's Fair Consideration Framework, UAE Emiratisation requirements, Saudi Nitaqat, and any other local rules that apply to your hiring process.
Inform candidates that AI tools may be used as part of your hiring process, through your own privacy notices.
Not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or adversarially probe any AI model on the Platform.
SolveCube does not warrant that AI Outputs are accurate, free from errors, or free from bias. AI Outputs are probabilistic by nature. SolveCube is not liable for employment decisions made in reliance on AI Outputs.
You may request an explanation of how an AI Output was generated by contacting dpo@solvecube.com. We will respond within 10 business days.
6. Fees and payment
Access to the Platform is available on subscription, credit, or success-fee models as set out in your Order Form or on the Platform pricing page. Specific commercial terms for enterprise customers are governed by the Full Commercial Service Agreement (FCSA).
The Platform accepts the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards (international) — processed via Stripe.
Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and UPI — for India customers via Razorpay.
Corporate purchase orders — for enterprise customers with signed FCSA.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (Singapore GST 9%; India GST 18%). You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payments attract interest at 1.5% per month. We may suspend access after 45 days of non-payment following written notice.
All transactions on the Platform must be conducted through the Platform. Making or receiving payments for SolveCube-introduced services outside the Platform violates these Terms and may result in account suspension.
7. Content and intellectual property
SolveCube owns all intellectual property in the Platform — including AI models, algorithms, software, graphics, and platform features. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.
You own the data and content you upload to the Platform. By uploading it, you grant SolveCube a licence to process it to deliver our services. We will not use your content to train AI models without your written consent.
You may not: copy, adapt, or reverse-engineer any Platform content or code; reproduce SolveCube's trademarks or branding; scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform beyond what is available through our published API; or use the Platform to build a competing product.
8. User conduct obligations
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with our Code of Conduct. You must not:
Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information about yourself or any other person.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organisation.
Harass, discriminate against, or bully any other user.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user's account.
Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage any system.
Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose — including facilitating cryptocurrency exchange.
Engage in business with users identified through SolveCube outside the Platform without our consent.
Generate false feedback, ratings, or reviews.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent fees or restrictions.
9. Suspension and termination
SolveCube may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or if your conduct poses a risk to other users or to SolveCube.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting talktous@solvecube.com. Pre-paid fees are non-refundable except where termination is triggered by SolveCube's material breach.
On termination, your access to the Platform ceases. We will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SolveCube harmless against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your use of the Platform in an unlawful or unauthorised manner; your violation of any third party's rights; or any content or data you submit to the Platform.
11. Limitation of liability
SolveCube is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business — arising from your use of the Platform, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid us in that period (for free users: SGD 100).
These limitations do not apply to: liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud; or obligations under applicable data protection law.
SolveCube does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We provide it on an 'as is' basis, and you use it at your own risk.
12. Force majeure
SolveCube is not liable for delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, government action, cyberattacks on third-party infrastructure, or telecommunications failures not caused by us.
13. Disclaimer — AI Features
AI Features on the Platform produce outputs that are probabilistic and advisory. SolveCube makes no warranty that any AI Output is accurate, complete, free from errors, or free from bias. SolveCube is not responsible for employment or engagement decisions made in reliance on AI Outputs. Human review of all AI Outputs affecting individuals is your responsibility as a user of the Platform.
14. Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact us first at talktous@solvecube.com. We'll try to resolve it within 30 days.
If we can't resolve it informally: disputes will be referred to mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) rules. If mediation fails, disputes will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), with the seat in Singapore, conducted in English.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
15. Data protection
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Data Protection Policy, available at solvecube.com/data-protection-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge having read the Data Protection Policy.
16. General
Entire agreement: these Terms, together with any Order Form, FCSA, and our Data Protection Policy and Code of Conduct, form the complete agreement between you and SolveCube on this subject matter.
Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions continue in force.
Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
Contact: talktous@solvecube.com for general matters; dpo@solvecube.com for data protection.
