1.  Why this exists

SolveCube connects recruiters, clients, candidates, and experts across multiple geographies and cultures. For the platform to work — for everyone using it to get real value from it — we all need to behave with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.

This Code of Conduct applies to all users of the SolveCube platform at all times. Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform, and may be referred to relevant authorities where the law requires it.

The examples below are illustrative, not exhaustive. SolveCube reserves the right to take appropriate action against any behaviour that undermines the trust, safety, or integrity of the platform — even if that specific behaviour is not listed here.

2.  What we expect from all users

Do

  • Provide accurate, honest, and complete information about yourself, your organisation, and your requirements at all times.

  • Act with integrity and professionalism in every interaction on the platform — with other users and with SolveCube.

  • Comply with all SolveCube policies and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

  • Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of all other platform users.

  • Communicate with other users only through official platform features.

  • Honour your commitments — on deliverables, milestones, timelines, and payment terms.

  • Provide honest, authentic feedback when asked.

  • Report suspicious activity, policy violations, or data concerns to support@solvecube.com promptly.

  • Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect compromise.

Don't

  • Falsify your identity, qualifications, professional experience, or capabilities.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

  • Claim or agree to do work you are not qualified or capable of delivering.

  • Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or illegal.

  • Harass, bully, or discriminate against any user on any basis — including race, gender, nationality, religion, age, disability, or sexual orientation.

  • Seek to communicate with users identified through SolveCube outside the platform without SolveCube's consent.

  • Make or receive payments outside the platform for introductions or engagements initiated through SolveCube.

  • Post content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage or disrupt any system.

  • Engage in fraud, generate false feedback, or create multiple accounts to circumvent fees or restrictions.

  • Spam other users or send unsolicited marketing via the platform or using contact details obtained through it.

  • Use the platform to illegally transfer funds, facilitate money laundering, or facilitate cryptocurrency exchange.

  • Underbid or artificially manipulate pricing to circumvent platform fees.

  • Participate in or facilitate any illegal activity through the platform.

3.  AI features — conduct obligations

The SolveCube platform uses AI to generate candidate rankings, scores, summaries, and recommendations. These rules apply to anyone who uses those features.

Do

  • Use AI Outputs as a starting point for human decision-making — not as a final answer.

  • Review AI-generated shortlists and scores yourself before acting on them. A human must make or approve any hiring or rejection decision.

  • Tell candidates, through your own privacy notices, that AI tools may be used as part of your hiring process.

  • Configure the platform's compliance settings appropriately for the jurisdictions where you hire (Singapore FCF, UAE Emiratisation, Saudi Nitaqat, etc.).

  • Report any AI Output that seems materially wrong, biased, or harmful to support@solvecube.com within 48 hours of noticing it.

Don't

  • Use an AI score or ranking as the sole reason to reject a candidate without reviewing their profile.

  • Represent an AI-generated output to a candidate as a human assessment without disclosing that AI was used.

  • Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or adversarially probe any AI model on the platform.

  • Use AI Outputs to discriminate against candidates on the basis of any protected characteristic.

  • Use data or insights from SolveCube's AI features to build a competing product or service.

4.  Candidate data — specific rules

Candidates and talent pool members are real people in a vulnerable position in the job market. Users who access candidate data through SolveCube agree to the following:

  • Access candidate data only for legitimate hiring or talent acquisition purposes.

  • Do not share candidate profiles, contact details, or AI-generated assessments outside your organisation without the candidate's knowledge.

  • Do not contact candidates through personal channels discovered via SolveCube (e.g. personal email or mobile numbers sourced through the platform) for purposes unrelated to the role they were matched to.

  • Comply with all applicable data protection law when processing candidate data obtained through SolveCube.

  • Delete candidate data that is no longer required for your hiring purposes, or return it to SolveCube on request.

5.  Payments

All payments for services, products, or engagements initiated through SolveCube must be made through the platform or through SolveCube's approved payment methods (Stripe for SGD/USD/AED; Razorpay for INR). Paying or receiving payment outside these channels:

  • Violates these Terms and the Code of Conduct.

  • May result in immediate account suspension.

  • May result in legal action to recover platform fees.

SolveCube does not accept or facilitate cryptocurrency payments of any kind.

6.  Enforcement

SolveCube monitors the platform for violations of this Code of Conduct. We may take the following actions, at our discretion and without prior notice:

  • Issue a warning.

  • Remove content that violates this Code.

  • Temporarily suspend a user's account pending investigation.

  • Permanently remove a user from the platform.

  • Refer matters to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

If you believe another user is violating this Code, report it to support@solvecube.com. We treat all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
