The platform does not permit cancellation of a service.
  • Money collected for any milestone payment will be paid to the seller according to the payment rules and process.
  • Where the transaction is cancelled by the Buyer, prior to the commencement of any milestone, any payment collected for that milestone, will be held in the account of the buyer on the platform and will be discussed offline through customer support (Dispute resolution process). Once the platform reviews the reasons for cancellation, based on the justification, the platform will decide, if any amount is due to the seller and release the payment as per its rules.
  • This process is not applicable for “Management expert on call: where the buyer pays in advance before speaking to the seller with no opportunity to cancel.
