4.2MANAGEMENT EXPERT on demand: This service refers to the hiring of freelance HR experts or the services of an HR consulting firm. This service may be availed of in 2 ways:
4.2.1 Turnkey Services
Buyer can post a requirement, receive matches, request for proposals from the matched providers, review and discuss the proposals online through the platform (chat or video call), negotiate & award contract to the selected provider and finally make payments in milestones online.
4.2.1 Part-time MANAGEMENT Services
- Buyer can post a requirement to seek the services of a Management domain expert or management services firm to Set-up or Step-up their business domain function as the business grows.
- Upon posting the mandate, Management experts with appropriate skills matched to meet the buyer’s requirements will be made available to choose, discuss and contract with.
