The platform does not permit cancellation of a service contract after it is signed between the buyer and seller.
  • Where the transaction is cancelled prior to the commencement of any milestone, any payment collected for the milestone, will be held in the account of the buyer on the platform and will be discussed offline through customer support (Dispute resolution process). Buyer should submit valid reasons for cancellation. Based on the reasons, the platform will decide the amount to be forfeited or partly refunded as per its rules.
  • The payment collected for the Management expert  on call service or the ICube exclusive products purchased will not be refunded.
