1.1 Requirement Posting Fee (RPF): This is a small fixed fee that is levied to start a transaction on the platform.
It is charged at the point when you post the requirements.
The payment of the fee allows you to:
- View the matched results for your requirements
- Request for proposals from vendors
- Set up a call to discuss the proposal
- Ask for, or make changes to the proposal post discussions
The amount of the fee is determined by the subscription plan. RPF is non-refundable.
1.2 Contract Cost: This is the total cost of the service bought on the platform.
There are two types of Contracts Costs:
- Negotiated Contract Cost: This is the total value of the contract negotiated with the seller for certain types of services listed in section 4.
- Fixed Contract costs: This is a charge fixed by SolveCube platform for certain types of services listed in section 4. This is a non-negotiable fee for the service purchased.
1.3 Milestone payment: This is the money that the platform collects for stages of completion of the assignment, on behalf of the vendor.
- This payment is collected in advance at the start of each milestone.
- The amounts payable are set by the milestone schedule as defined in the Buyer- Seller Transaction agreement.
- Payment is made to the seller as defined by the platform process and the contract.
- Money collected in advance, for any milestone payment will be paid to the seller according to the payment rules and process.
- Milestone payment is held in platform account on behalf of the vendor
- Vendor completes the milestone and raises invoice on the buyer
- Buyer approves the completion of the milestone
- Platform releases the appropriate amount to the vendor
1.4 Product Cost: This is the cost that is charged for the purchase of the products listed under the category of iCube Exclusives as stated in the rate card.
