Objective:
SolveCube is committed to providing a robust and trusted platform with valid and genuine users to enable buying and selling of Management Domain Expertise, Management Resources, Management Services and HR Technology Products. The objective of the KYC policy is to outline the process for establishing identity and validating information provided by the users.
Definitions:
User: An individual or a company registered as a client or expert with Management Expertise, Management Resources, Management Services, HR Technology Products on the SolveCube platform
Client: A user registered as a purchaser of products and services on the platform
Management Expert: A user registered as a provider of products and services on the platform
Company: SOLVECUBE PTE LTD (fka) ICUBE CONSORTIUM PTE LTD , an entity that owns the SolveCube platform for billing, collections, disbursement of collected fees as per contract and dispute management.
Due Diligence: A process for identifying and verifying the user of the information provided by them on the SolveCube platform about their identity, credentials, professional background, experience, capability etc.
KYC Due Diligence Process:
SolveCube collects information from its users about their identity, credentials, professional background, experience, capability etc. to facilitate the matchmaking of the buyers’ needs and sellers’ capability.
SolveCube will obtain consent from the users to carry out verification / validation of their identity and other information through a third-party service provider
The third-party service provider will undertake the verification / validation process and submit a report to SolveCube. As part of the verification / validation process, the third-party service provider may contact the users for either collecting specific information or seeking clarification from the users.
Based on the successful Due Diligence report, the concerned users will be tagged as a ‘Verified User’. If there are any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the information provided by the users, the same will be brought to the attention of the concerned users for their response and explanation.
If the response or explanation from the users is satisfactory, then the users will be deemed as ‘verified user’. If the response or explanation from the users is not satisfactory the concerned users may be suspended or even removed from the platform. The decision of SolveCube in this regard will be final, binding and irreversible.
