SolveCube believes in conducting its business in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations and laws. We are committed to helping our Users act in a way that preserves trust and respect. This document is meant to provide guidelines on what behaviours and activities are acceptable on the SolveCube Platform, and what are inappropriate and not acceptable. These guidelines (Do’s and Don’ts) are intended to provide guidance and restrictions governing your use of, and participation in, our Platform. They must be followed by all the Users at all times. Violation of these guidelines would result in termination or removal of the concerned Users from the Platform.
The Do’s and Don’ts listed below are only indicative and not exhaustive. The Users are therefore advised that SolveCube reserves the right to take appropriate action at its own discretion on any behaviour or action of Users that are not part of these guidelines but may be considered as inappropriate.
Do’s
- Provide accurate and valid information when sought for by the SolveCube Platform and users
- Act ethically and with integrity at all times with other users and with SolveCube
- Comply with all of SolveCube's policies and all the applicable laws
- Ensure that you have the authority to represent your company for the purpose of buying or selling on the Platform
- Respect the rights and privileges of all Users.
- Respect confidentiality of information shared by other Users
- Have regard for User's privacy, interests, rights and safety
- Communicate with Users only through official website features
- Agree and honour your commitment on deliverables, milestones, payment terms
- Treat other Users professionally and with respect
- Respond to request for information or queries swiftly
- Provide honest and authentic feedback when asked for
Don’t’s
- Do not falsify their identity and information about your education, certification, professional experience, capability etc
- Do not pretend to be someone else or to be representing a business in a way that is not truthful
- Do not impersonate others on the Services or mislead, confuse, or deceive others
- Do not claim or agree to do work you are not capable of doing
- Do not post content that includes incomplete, false or inaccurate information about any person
- Do not abuse confidential information or participate in any other illegal practice
- Do not harass, bully or discriminate on the basis of class, race, caste, creed, religion, gender, culture, language, affiliations etc
- Do not seek to communicate, engage in business outside the platform with users identified through SolveCube
- Do not make payments to or receive payments from the users of SolveCube outside the platform
- Do not post any information or content that infringes upon any copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Do not post any information or content that violates any law or regulation or defamatory in nature or obscene or contains child pornography
- Do not post any content that contains any viruses or programming routines intended to damage any system.
- Do not post any information or content that creates liability for SolveCube or harms its business operations or reputation.
- Do not disclose information or documents you have acquired, other than as required by law or where authorization is given by SolveCube.
- Do not ask other SolveCube users for their private contact details.
- Do not engage in fraud
- Do not create multiple accounts
- Do not use the Platform to generate false feedback.
- Avoid exaggeration, derogatory remarks, and inappropriate references.
- Do not engage in personal attacks, negative or other unfair criticism, and any unprofessional conduct.
- Do not underbid to avoid fees.
- Do not participate in projects involving illegal behaviour
- Do not spam or advertise your website or service unless otherwise allowed
- Do not obtain names from mailing lists, group emails, etc to send unsolicited emails ("Spam").
- Do not use the platform to illegally transfer funds
- Do not use SolveCube to facilitate money exchange including, but not limited to, cryptocurrency (e.g. bitcoin, ethereum, etc).
